Black Assam tea from India is distinguished by other tea varieties by its intensity and dark fragrances. Assam tea has a more robust character compared to other tea varieties, as it origintates from a wild tea plant variety from the midlands of India. Therefor Assam tea is often drank at the breakfast table. Rich in tannine, robust and filled with character.
