October Revelation

October usually shows the more capricious weather. A lot of cold, rain and wind. A whimsical revelation towards wintertime. The fresh and sweet citrusfruits give me comfort and will warm me. A beaufitul balance: the fresh notes of lime, the bitterness of grapefruit, sweet orange. Showing all such powerful character. I drink it every year, from November until September, starting all over again in October. 

Ingredients:    
Blend of black teas (China, Sri Lanka), essential oils of bergamot, lime, sweet lemon, sweet orange, mandarin, clementine, grapefruit, pieces of lemon peel and corn flower.  

 4-5 minutes      90°C (194°F)
