C'est la vie!

‘Such is life,' we hear this so often. It reminds me of a flavored red rooibos with notes of mint, lemon and anise. 'C'est la vie!' is French for saying life is harsh, but that one has to accept it. Concious or by coincidence? I will accept it, but every now and then I retreat to enjoy of a cup of seduction of this rooibos, warming and refreshing with mint, lemon and anise. 

Ingredients:    
Rooibos (South-Africa, fine cut spearmint leaves, lemon peel, aniseed. 

 4-5 minutes      85°C (185°F)
