Je m'appelle Théodore

A wonderful infusion based on South-African rooibos, flavored with fruits and liquorice. One doesn't choose its own name, but most of the time a first name gives a good reflection of ones character. Not to be funny, but THÉODORE means 'gift from God.' Can we call this infusion the same way? No, probably not. But it certainly is tender: the base of rooibos, flavored with redcurrant, blackcurrant, lemongrass, rosehip and liquorice root. Simply divine...

Ingredients:    
Rooibos (Zuid-Afrika), rosehip bark, liquorice root, blackcurrant, redcurrant, lemongrass, orange blossom, orange peel.  

 5-7 minutes      90°C (194°F)
