Trahison Byzantine

Like the fall of the Byzantine empire. The tea in this particular blend has been dethroned by an infusion of rooibos with citrus fruits. It seems like such an obvious marriage: the sweetness of rooibos combines with the freshness of orange blossom, blood orange, lime and clementine. Of course: no caffeine; treacherously sweet and fresh. 

Ingredients:    
Rooibos (South-Africa), essential oils of blood orange, lime, clementine, pieces of orange peel and sunflower petals. 

 4-6 minutes      80°C (176°F)
